Dr. Peyton Garnett earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the UT School of Dentistry in Houston. His path to becoming a dentist was inspired by the legacy of his grandfather, who practiced dentistry for over 40 years. Growing up hearing stories of how his grandfather cared for his patients planted a seed that would eventually grow into a lifelong calling.

That calling was solidified during his own dental journey after losing a front tooth while playing basketball in 7th grade. Years of restorative dental work, resulting in a dental implant at 19, gave him firsthand experience of how dentistry can restore not only a smile, but also confidence. It was then he knew he wanted to help patients regain their smiles and quality of life.

Dr. Garnett enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, with a particular passion for cosmetic and restorative treatments such as crowns, esthetic fillings, and creating natural-looking dentures. He is currently pursuing continuing education in airway-centric dentistry to better serve patients with sleep apnea and breathing disorders.

When it comes to patient care, Dr. Garnett values transparency, education, and trust. His goal is to empower every patient with the knowledge they need to make the best decision for their health and well-being.

Originally from Spearman, Texas, Dr. Garnett is the oldest of five siblings. His childhood was filled with competitive sports, hunting, fishing, and strong small-town values, shaped his personal and professional life. He believes in giving back and being an active, positive presence in the community.

Outside the office, you’ll find him on the tennis or pickleball court, mountain biking, or fly fishing. He’s also an avid reader of American history and biographies. Dr. Garnett married his wife, Victoria, in 2024 and he describes her as the woman of his dreams. They enjoy new adventures and sharing life in their dream home, right here in Arkansas.
